Initial cleanings are designed to get your home into shape and at the level that can be maintained with cleanings at regular intervals. Initial cleanings may take one or more dates to complete, depending upon the condition of the home. Initial cleanings are charged at an hourly rate of $25.00.
On-going Cleaning fees are charged for standard cleaning services at a flat rate each time.
Cleaning fees are dependent upon your individual needs. Each home is different and calls for different tasks. When I meet you to do an in-home estimate, we will determine a fee based on the amount of time I think it will take me to complete the work and any extra services you are in need of as mentioned in the list of optional services.
Fees are due at the time of service. If payment is not left on the day the work is completed, a $10.00 additional charge may be applied to the fee for that day.
